I appreciated the speed with which they arrived. But I received three metal brackets and only one plastic one, instead of two metal and two plastic- which were with the other set of blinds & in the picture included with this email. The parts I got did work. The blinds are up

I have not received an email verifying my order, not shipping information. I ordered these on July 19th and have no idea what the status is on my parts. I am wanting to get my blinds hung back up. So far I am disappointed.
