Arloblinds.com cannot be held responsible for exchanging or refunding of orders on the basis of color when samples are not requested within 90 days prior to placing your order unless the product is defective. In addition, we recommend ordering all blinds and shades at the same time so the same dye is used in your product.
As the goods, which you order, are custom manufactured according to the measurements you provide us in your order, it is very important that they are accurate. Regretfully, we cannot accept the return of the goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. Production and Shipping Times
Arlo Blinds makes every effort to provide a quality product to your door as quickly as possible. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all completion times are estimates and your order may arrive within a reasonable range before or after this estimate.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellations and/or changes of orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your online order is submitted to us, provided manufacturing has not yet begun. If manufacturing has begun, then we cannot change or rescind the order. All cancellations and changes effected during the 12-hour period after your order is submitted will be subject to a manufacturer's restocking charge.
Returns and Purchase Errors
While every attempt will be made by Arlo Blinds to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect to any sample or description shown or given or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation or change in color or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change. To receive return-authorization, please contact our customer service representatives who will issue an authorization number.
Blinds will only be accepted back to our production facilities with a Return Authorization Number and in its original boxes and packaging materials. Arlo Blinds cannot be held liable for what may happen to a package returned without prior return-
If you are ordering a product of any kind and intend on ordering more of the same product in the future, Arlo Blinds cannot guarantee that the die lot will be the same, the manufacturing facility will be the same, or that the product will be the same. It is recommended that any time you are placing an order, even if you own one of our products, that you request a free sample. Our associates can assist you with matching a previous order; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to make the final decision based upon the order confirmation, samples, and the accuracy of information provided to our representatives.
Freight Damaged Orders and Incorrect Addresses
Upon delivery and receipt of your order inspect all contents carefully. In the rare case that your blind arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can have your blinds repaired or remade and arrange for return of the defective merchandise. Our Customer Support Specialists must be contacted about damaged items within 10 days of receipt of your order so that they may provide a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be shipped back to our production facilities with the Return Authorization Number in the original box and with the original packing materials. Please inspect your product prior to installation, as Arlo Blinds is not responsible for installation fees.
Arlo Blinds cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address that you provide is correct or you will be responsible for the incremental postage necessary to re-ship your order
Backorders, Out of Stock, Discontinued Items
Arlo Blinds does not have direct control over back ordered items, out of stock items, and/or discontinued items. We will make the best effort to remove these items from our site within a timely manner and to notify you as soon as the information is given to us.
Arlo Blinds shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Georgia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

All of Arlo Blinds products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice.
